The Packages.

We have two accommodation packages available for the 2025 Forest Boogie.

Early Bird Special.

This package is valid until 31 January 2025 and includes 2 Nights accommodation at Arminel Lodge, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches, entry into 2-day stage race, Great Goody Bag offerings.

Package cost is R3,500 per rider in a team of two and R3,900 per solo rider.

Hotel Package.

Entry into the Arminel Hotel is based on the order of entry and the overflow will go into nearby hotels like King’s Lodge and Maylodge, both conveniently located within a 1.5km radius of Arminel.

  • 2 Nights hotel accommodation.
  • All meals with 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches — braekfast served at respective hgotels.
  • Entry into 2-day stage race

Package cost per rider is R4,500 per rider in TEAM and R4,900 per solo rider.

Camping Package.

This includes LUX Tents which will be single or twin depending on your entry. The lux tents have raised beds, comfy mattress, linen, bedside table and light.

  • Entry into 2-day stage race

Package cost per rider is R2,100 per rider in TEAM and R2,500 per solo rider.

Spectator Package.

Please note: only one spectator per rider. The spectator will share accommodation with a rider and includes access to race village.
